I kind of agree with that example though... I haven't played D3 but any game that I paid for that can be rendered unplayable because of a server going down is a 0 in my book. If I bought a game that has any sort of SP component I should be able to play it without an internet connection end of story. Even if after the first week the servers are made stable and there's next to no downtime the fact they can take away a game I paid for by pulling the plug on some servers makes it a terrible idea.
