Like so many have said, add O's to your Steam friends. Do what you can with sm_silence but relay all the targeting information from Status to a waiting O. It is a truly awesome sight to see an O join a server, drop three bans in 10 seconds, God-chat "TCB", and leave again without even joining a team. That sends a very clear message that our servers are watched.
