Audio Problem

Hi everyone. While I was in the meeting in vent, i noticed i couldn't hear my in-game audio. I made sure the volume was up, and checked everything. Then i exited vent, and the game audio was restored. So how can i fix this? I remember being able to hear both. Thanks.
