The Doctor was on the top floor of the building, watching the video feed. I suppose he could have been in the background walking.

And actually since Oswin deleted the Doctor from the Dalek database (at least just theirs), the Daleks don't fear him anymore.
Can't wait for Jenna to come on as the new companion, yum. XD
/side note: The Angels still creep me the hell out. The Angels Take New York did absolutely nothing to help that little nightmare.

Short. I also get irked about people who claim "ZOMG Rory and Amy's marital strife was shoehorned in!". They should go on to Youtube and watch Pond Life. It's like 5-6 minutes long if you watch all 5 episodes, and it shows that they had the whole marriage problem prior to Asylum of the Daleks.
Dinosaurs on a Spaceship had me giddy when I saw the raptors' protofeathers (actual science-y timey-wimey stuff!). Also liked seeing the Doctor's "I won't kill you, your own devices will kill you" side again when he got the missiles to track Solomon's ship instead of the ark. Also nice to see a Silurian again.
A Town Called Mercy... That was one that I felt wasn't bad, but wasn't really up to the series' normal standards either. Can't say exactly why either...
The Power of Three was amusing, watching everyone pay so close attention to the cubes was a bit slow at times, but Rory's dad being so gung-ho about it made up for everything. Nice to see UNIT again, but wishing Freema Agyeman could have made a surprise appearance as well...
As for the Angels Take Manhattan, yeah. Nightmares. I don't scare too easily, but the Angels always give me the worst chills... Did get a bit misty-eyed at the end though. Amy dying wasn't exactly "happy-fun-time" as she's been developed so heavily for so long.
