Every organization, even ours, has a culture to it. This organizational culture refers to a system of shared values and beliefs. So where do our values lie? We would like to hear that from all of you.

Leadership has created a survey in which nine questions are asked. All questions are optional, so if you do not have an opinion/answer for a question, you may skip it. Furthermore, the survey is anonymous. Your name is not attached to the survey, so please answer honestly. Comment boxes are given so that you may add any additional thoughts.

What do you mean on the first question? I couldn't quite decipher its meaning.

Also, what is a RH?

How strongly do people think of themselves as their rank first and foremost, as opposed to people thinking of themselves as members of the division rather than a particular rank?

done, some questions are odd to me probably since I'm only 14 but otherwise they were really thoughtful questions I had to ponder over. note though is that 6 & 8 were practically the same I think?

Questions #6 and #8 could be considered similar, but #6 doesn't necessarily mean all mistakes are from rule-breaking. Some admins, both in-training and veteran, may make mistakes while admining. Question #8 talks about conflicts, which can happen between members. And not all conflict is bad. (Without conflicts, changes would never occur in an organization.)

If we use this again in the future, we will make the two questions more distinct.

Highlander team. I guess you do, i took it because i was here and i just changed divs because of my piece of crap pc couldn't run TF2.

Like Fermonx said, HL means Highlander team.

While this survey is targeted at the TF2 division, there is no harm in non-TF2 members answering, as long as they have a feel for our culture. (Plus, I still consider you as a TF2 member, oey. )

Sorry, some of these questions ARE confusing and grammatically suspect. For example, "tolerance of" is strange English construction, and I'm not sure how to rate it because does 1 mean overly tolerant? Does 5 mean appropriately tolerant? Or, does 3 mean just perfectly tolerant? Ya know? Ya know.

For the question "To what degree is the tolerance of our mistakes?", a 1 is "very low tolerance" and 5 would be "very high tolerance". So if you pick 1, that means mistakes are not really tolerated; punishments would follow mistakes. If you pick 5, there is a very high tolerance, so people can get away with most or all mistakes. And a 3 would be just the right amount of tolerance.

Sorry about the confusion, but hope this clears it up. If you are confused about any other question, just post here, and I'll do my best to explain.
