I remember brushfires when I went to school in Santa Barbara. I lived up on a mesa and had nice views of some of them. A little too close for comfort...and breathing.

yeah, and in reality i live somewhere in that smoke you can see, this picture is taken looking back onto where i live, so its a bit smoky and burny here atm. no loss of life or property yet though (touches wood)
