As many of you have witnessed, our BF3 servers have been crashing, and/or lagging on a daily basis. This has been an ongoing issue for over several months. We have ruled out all possibilities, and this has left us with one course of action. Over the next coming months, we will be changing our server provider. When we first began with our provider, problems were quickly fixed, but alas, it has come to the point where we must move on. Doing so will have negative impacts, however, in the long run we will see a positive outcome.
We have begun the process by purchasing a new server; It is now configured to be Hardcore Aftermath. The tentative plan is to close one of the old providers servers on May 1st. It will be mainly determined by its server ranking, and from the time of this posting, that will be the current HC End Game. Also on May 1st, we are planning on Ordering another server to replace the second old providers server. By August 1st, we will be back to having two 64-slot servers. This is just a tentative plan, nothing is concrete.
All your hard work is not for nothing. As the coming months will be more than difficult, it is crucial we do what we do best. Have fun, play in our servers, and last but not least, recruit! We all love our servers, and what shows more than anything is bringing new people into our community.
