well i would say 2 , but most of time there like 3/4 sniper players in a game ( depends of what server ) most of time i'm also waiting to get sniper or wait till the sniper die's to pick it up , so i guess 4

This isn't DoD:S my friend... you can't pick up dead peoples' weapons in TF2 (not as far as I know) and there are no class limits either (unless servers with class restrictions do exist). Although I think we may need class limits for the people that think 12 snipers on one team is a good idea

I've taken out a highest difficulty sniper team on my own, lol

honestly it depends on how good they are. I was on a team with 3 snipers and 5 spies. I almost quit the game before the round started but we ended up rolling the other team because the snipers were all great and the spies knew how to use their guns.

However, as a general rule I cringe when there is more than 2 of each.

I always think it's great when there's a bunch of snipers on our team. People can play what they like and I'll usually join in (though I am a TERRIBLE sniper, I get this awful twitch when I'm trying to line up my sights on people's heads, even where their heads going to be in a second.)
