I tend to take my tags off when visiting other servers. It's annoying enough to get called out for being a girl, let alone being a part of eGO.

Noooo kidding. I usually don't use my mic if no one I know is on, let alone other servers. I keep my tags on, though.

Exactly. Way back when MW2 came out I left my tags on my steam name because I was lazy. Plenty of grief happened over the weeks until I took them off.

I played with my tag on since the day I joined our clan. Never had any issue. Funniest thing was once I bumped into a regular pub and he was all, "WAR RABB, awesome to see you outside the servers".

No cool stories to report aside from that lame anecdote.

Then they are idiots. Didn't know you were a girl, don't care. Knew you were in eGO (wearing that eG tag kinda gave it away), didn't care about that either. I know you are an awesome medic, and that's all I care about. If some dolts can't take the heals because of your biology or clan affiliation, then they are fools. Idol only cares that the medic-gun is pointed at Idol.*

I would certainly take a feeble punch or two from a couple of foul-mouthed kids who disapprove of my eGO tags. I'm a member of eGO and very proud, and if they don't like eGO, that's their issue. In short, I would not take off my tags just to prevent haters from doing what they do best; hating.

People don't like being killed by a girl, with or without tags. I get it all the time. It's the reason I came to eGO- happens less here.

Hmm, I can't think of a recent moment so clearly. But I do recall a time when I was an e. One night, back when Aki, Meep, and I were e's, we went to a Lotus server because the eGO servers were either completely full or empty. We all joined one team, and some guys in the opposite team made fun of our =(e)= tags. By the end of the match, our team won, with us three as the MVPs. I remember one of our teammates saying "Go E team!". Haha, and back then I wasn't even that good!

I rarely take off my tags. I think I only ever do when I change my name to something weird/funny (like S'mores Poptart of the Poptart Brigade team in L4D2). Of course, I hardly play on other servers since I joined eGO.

I pride myself in being able to keep the swearing behind the monitor and in the rated R room. That control doesn't vanish when I join other servers.

And that's why I hardly step out of our servers, unless I'm with a group of friends. It's never fun to be harassed for any reason.

I still don't get why cats. We could be idolatring any animal. Bears, Parrots, Owls, Foxes, Turtles, Dogs, Llamas, Dolphins, Squirrels, Elephants... But it's all about the cats.

Cats are dabes. I don't know if I had anything to do with it, but I did talk about my cat quite a bit at one point. So when I became an Advisor, I was nicknamed Catvisor. The cat thing was probably already here before my ascension to Catvisor, but I think that help solidified the cats as the ruling creatures of TF2.
