That doesn't make it a disaster, and I don't think that is what Rob^E was talking about.

Many of the CS:S maps were ported to CS:GO. It isn't a disaster

High School! I would come looking for Meow, Population, Bot, Beyonce, Terror and the other regulars, its been awhile soo sorry if i forgot names. i wasn't very good but that map was always awesome. My vote is down for yes.

no your not blaze i wouldn't say i hate the map totally and i will play if populated with eGO regulars but for me the map has poor layout an poor use of props like lockers and boxes to me looks like someone just threw up a couple of areas thou some props that seem outta place and called it done

also as i'm a older member and been outta high school for over 20 years and my high school day's wasn't my fondest memories (another story for another day) no something i particularly care to revisit

This is what will happen. A majority of members will vote for the revival of HS so it will be brought back but for those that voted for it to be brought back won't really support or fill the server so it will last a few months at most. It happens all the time sadly.

CSGO hisghschool would be a disaster because:

1) its a custom map, and not many custom maps are played in csgo
2) no one plays csgo in eGO but the comp team and some others.

That's what I'm sure is going to happen. People want a highschool server, but I don't think the people that vote for it are going to support it enough to keep it alive.

With all due respect to those that enjoyed playing on it and voted to bring it back, I seriously doubt it'll experience a sustained resurgence in popularity if it comes back. I'd rather see EdgeGamers either keep the money in the clan coffers or use it for something new and exciting that's more likely to work out long-term.

EDIT: If we are going to add another 24/7 map to the eGO lineup of servers, I'd like to see either de_cpl_mill or de_cpl_strike (Source versions). I believe those would have much more staying power than de_highschool.
