Battlefield 4 Got kicked for exploiting, but(...)

Hello, I'm kinda new to the server, and I'm enjoying that it's stable and stuff, but today something happened that I don't agree with, so I came here to bring this up and try to solve things.

As you see on this screenshot of me playing OP Locker, I put a mortar inside C base (as it is completely allowed in Battlefield 4) and I tried to hit those guys at the stariwell top; so what happened was that they were all there together, and I managed to kill them. As you see my reaction on chat, I was laughing so hard and stuff because I was just trying out, never did it before.

The admin immediately kicked me from the server; when I came back and asked why I was kicked for "exploiting", he said it was not allowed because there is a rule named "No killing in the uncap".

I fully respect you guys for providing the server for me to play, and it's a good server, that's why I started playing regularly here. But, according to what I've found so far, "uncap" is a term that appeared first around BF2, which means that you can't reach a certain place the game determines as "uncap". So, for example, the CT spot, you can't kill people there. If I throw my ucav down the enemy CT spot, as I was doing before on other servers, I get kicked. You guys are right, I'm not arguing about it, because I was at the middle of the map, inside a base, using an equipment clearly allowed to use the way I was using; so I don't understand why the admin still thinks I was exploiting the rule "uncap". These guys were pushing to the stairwell, I just placed my mortar on a regular terrain and pointed it to an uncovered place, the mortar (being an explosive) blew up at the ceiling and killed them.

If you guys don't want people to keep doing this from now on, please, make it sure by simply putting an exclusive rule on the rules section by saying "mortars are not allowed inside, because I still can't understand why the admin just said it to me without even thinking about the possibility of being wrong... I want to know what do you guys have to say to me, respectfully.

Myself, I don't see the issue with it. It's not unreachable to the opposing team, you and or the mortor can be killed....it's fired into a "public area" of the map....and quite honestly a reall funny idea haha. An advisor or higher ranked member will chime in soon I'm sure.

To me, I'd say it's legit.

There is no rule for using a Mortar inside to my understanding as i asked in the past the same question.. Is it allowed..! The answer was yes..

I apologize for the kick that our admin gave you. As long as you are not in a glitched spot, or in an area that is unreachable to get killed while firing, it is completely legal.

So for you setting up in C to mortar the stairwell, it is completely legal.

Yeah you can see our rules if you just type /rules in the chat. There is no rule against firing mortars inside as long as the game allows it legitimately, which as far as I know it does where you were. We have a great leadership structure and I'm sure the admin will be talked to and his ideology of the rules corrected. If you have any issues in the future you can talk to leadership directly using the Drop Box feature. Hope to see you continue playing on our servers - I'm afraid I personally am not that active right now due to educational dedications, but my school schedule is beginning to thin so I should be hopping on more often and may see you. One tip about avoiding getting kicked would be to keep an eye on the chat, as we as admins are required to give warnings before a kick, and if you have an issue with what you are being warned against, you can once again drop box it here on the forums.

Thanks for the reply guys, appreciate the commitment. And just so you guys know, I'm not really bothered about the kick, as I kept playing hours later. I also understand his point of view; the way I said "I killed this guy inside with mortar" got him thinking I was really exploiting or something, and when I came back and explained what really happened, he thought it would be better to sustain his argument. Wrong for the given facts, but right as a Game Master. It could really be a chump trying to exploit something.
