Comments and suggestions
Processor: i5-4690K, i7-4790K (you don't need hex core and for any decent gamer get a devil's canyon chip, seriously, way too much unnecessary expense.)
Mobo: ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
PSU (Power Supply): Corsair RM 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (You don't need a lot of power)
RAM (Memory): 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1600MHz (2x8GB) (you really don't need this much, but I like to be safe)
Storage: 1x Samsung 850-EVO 500GB (250GB isn't enough any more
)
1x Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Disk Drive: Asus BC-12B1ST/BLK/B/AS Blu-Ray Reader, DVD/CD Writer (really don't need it unless you like watching movies or you prefer to use cds for programs and such)
WiFi Adapter: Asus PCE-AC68 802.11a/b/g/n/ac PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter (splurge on the best here)
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 300R (I have a C70, but this is more aesthetically pleasing)
Cables: Stay standard and what comes with everything unless you're the worlds biggest panzi on aesthetics then go here. I trust corsair for most of my shit.
Professional Individually sleeved DC Cable Kit, Type 3 (Generation 2), BLACK
Keyboard: This is the trickiest part. Do you want a colorful back-lit keyboard or plain? Either way I completely support every version of the Corsair K70 Cherry Mx Red or Brown. Its up to you for RGB or not.
Monitor: Asus VG248QE 144Hz 24.0" Monitor (Its pricey but well worth it. Unless you want 4K, then forget it. I have three of these sexy beasts hooked up to my computer.)
Anything else:
CASE FANS: Included in this build are a lot of case fans. Set up the H100i in a push/pull config. Replace both front fans with the 140mms and the rear with the 5th 120mm.
This rig will put you at the edge of your budget, but with the exceptions of the screens you will fall well below your budget. The adaptors included with the H100i will support up to 4 fans, then the extra three for the case. Good luck, watch a few tutorials before attempting to build this thing. LinusTechTips is amazing source for these.
