are there specific times that we have to play on Saturday? or will it be more of a time frame, playing games within a few hours window to get ready for the next round. also on Saturday Master of Classes is going on ( http://www.teamfortress.tv/29640/masters-of-classes-powered-by-tf2stadium ) so that might be something to think about as some players are participating in / teaching classes. thanks!

Yes, the matches start at 1:00 CST with 8 matches, then every 45 minutes after with 8 matches each on Sat. We will post the full time slots soon, but they are set times.

The Maps and times are now listed on the bracket information. we will be using 5 maps

I had volunteered to help with this but I don't have Team Fortress 2 currently installed and I've never really played execept once. I dunno if I am the person you would want to help with this and I have a bandwidth/time limit cap to where I can only use Steam for a certain amount of time each day(usually 3 hours) until I can't use it anymore for the rest of the time period.
