Yea that was late 08, early 09 I think?

GardenGroveVW GardenGroveVW @misteradam when did we merge all the forums together?

Edgegamers.org started off as a e107 site. Later the site was changed from e107 to Vbulletin since e107 could not handle how fast we were growing. Divisions were then split to 3 different domains.

DODS: Edgegamers.org
CSS: Edgegamers.net
TF2: Edgegamers.us

Those three domains were merged into EdgeGamers.org late June 2008.

Thank you!

Sounds like we could do an entire Wiki site on the startup of EdgeGamers.

I second! Also very interesting, especially for those who don't know much about the community history.

That could be fun

k that's awkward

Neat, maybe we can find some time in the next year to write some old stories and expand on the history, when time for it comes up. I think a lot of new members don't know where this place started out, and what has been achieved to get to this point. I don't think too many even know we ever had an EVE or Insurgency Division :P

Great things can happen with a single Kendle post.

Ah, the INS days. Good times man. Was recruited to eGO through INS division.

Very well put statement too. While I will, unfortunately, never promote higher than where I'm at right now, I can understand the stuff all members of leadership in each division go through. Lots of time and dedication goes into each of these divisions, and for that I am forever thankful. I have been a member of many clans in the past that have all crashed and burned by now; EdgeGamers is one of the few (non profit especially!) that has survived. And it's all thanks to its members.

Sending everyone happy holiday and Merry Christmas wishes from overseas.

is this the part where I make a post to feel relevant
