Out of curiosity, how is the division going to choose its members? I know there's no way to 'apply', but I have a resume and lots of real-world management/leadership experience that I feel can be very useful to this division. Not to mention the positive attitude (despite not being loved, rip flame)

Only reason I've been inactive in-game is due to my Iraq deployment. But that's just about over now. New year, new goals! And, as stated in previous threads, Happy Holidays everyone!

Normally when a leadership member steps down, the predecessor is chosen from the respective specialty team where the leadership member had his/her responsibilities.
But this is a special case so Legend will pick whoever that is most suited to work with him and bring this division forward.
