For those who were not able to make it to the meeting, this is for you!
Servers:
Jail has been doing slightly better, but it still needs work. While it is considered a staple here within eGO, we must be able to justify keeping it.
Please do not join a server just to ask people to play another game mode or game because it is taking away from our rankings. Additionally, the players on our servers are already having a great time, so there is no need to pull them away from the fun.
If you don't like that the wardens are picking the same games over and over, ie, box race and couch game, join CT and spice it up.
Recruiting:
There has always been a conflict in peoples minds about quantity or quality of new possible members. But, we really have no way of judging the quality of people. Find people who you wouldn't mind being friends with.
Treat them like a human; Do not hammer them repetitively asking them to join. Just invite them to teamspeak, add them on steam. If they say that they want to join, that's great, if not, just tell them that the invitation is always open if they want to join.
If they want to join, direct them to www.edge-gamers.com/join ; If they want help, help them.
We do not need to wait on some giant recruiting initiative or a recruiting, or server filling team. Just fill servers on your own initiative, or go invite some of your friends. Same thing with recruitment.
Misc.
The TTT update is ready for deployment, all that is left is for a convenient time for the Tech Dept and CS division to work on this.
