I have a few concerns about this merger. I'm open to it, though reluctantly. This is because I feel a lot of the pG members, mostly the less prominent ones like most of the recruits or active user, will be seen as 2nd class to the active ego users. I personally don't want this. I want us all to come together moving forward, but I feel there's many people who won't be able to and will push back former pG members. I hope that doesn't happen

I really don't think it was the best choice, but it was needed. Im saying this because when I got on pG JB everyone was spamming pG NATION or EGO NATION

That's exactly what I'm talking about. Shit like that is what's really gonna cause people to leave. If you're unwelcome, there's no reason to stay

This will absolutely not be the case. You all are just important as our current and future admins. You all are a part of our community and will forever be.

Anyone who degrades you or pushes you down will have their poop kicked in on them. That whole stuff going on in the jail server about EGO is better, EGO is taking over, etc will absolutely not be tolerated and we apologize you all had to deal with that. At least [strike]two[/strike] three people have already been given a stern notice about that.

Moving forward if you or anyone else see something like that again, please take a screenshot and post it in our Dropbox. We will take care of it.

Members make a community drive, leadership makes the community run, directors handle the back/front end.

We will not tolerate bullies, punks, shitloards, or anyone that degrades any side of this merger. We are all gamers here that want to have fun at the end of the day drinking coffee, wine, whiskey, coke, G-Fuel, or whatever floats your boat.

The merger has sparked a lot of emotions and it is all understandable. I would be extremely sad, upset, pissed off if EGO were to go away. Majority of the directors have been here for a very long time and have dedicated countless hours into this community. We open our arms to pG members and thank you for joining us.

If any of EGO members go into any of the pG servers and start trouble, they will be dealt with. As Ripply said, we are welcoming you as members of our community. You are what makes gaming communities like pG and EGO thrive, we value everyone's input and dedication toward a common goal, gaming.

So please, don't feel like EGO will treat you as second hand blanket passed down to a sibling, because you aren't. EGO will treat you as their own with wide open arms, if you aren't then we are doing something wrong and those people that can't understand that wont last here.

So please, have fun, get in game and enjoy what you have been doing for the past years and future years with us!

I know I'm a lowly nobody. But... I see a lot. I don't let anyone be disrespected.. not even rando'n00b connects... I certainly won't let a team member be disrespected. And, regardless if people like it or not... WE ARE A TEAM NOW. A person can identify eGO, pG, LMNOP for all I care... You sign up for this group. You come to play and have a good time. You don't rag on anyone else.... You are on my team.
Again. I may be a lowly nobody. But if I see it... I'll make sure it's known by those who need to know.
Don't worry pG's... you're welcome here. And we don't forget friends.
I was inact for A LONG TIME... and they welcomed me back like I never left... Its a good home.

The positivity and warm welcomes from the leadership and other EGO members makes this comforting. Looking forward to being part of this community and adminning on the servers.

Hey dudes, just two cents from a guy who's been a part of eGO for a long time and has had the pleasure of being a part of pG for the past year or so. I sort of got to grow up around eGO - I joined when I was 13, about to turn 14. It's changed a lot, we've gone through phases, we've tried a few games. But the consistent feeling of being welcome has always been there. I left for a bit, spent some time just lurking and being quiet, joining new divisions and trying different games they offered - I've had the same experience from day one until now. Some of the people here practically raised me and made me a better person. The same kindness and welcoming you guys showed me at pG a year ago, we are here to welcome you with. I had a great time talking to people on Teamspeak tonight and helping them get acquainted with some of the new things. They seemed positive about this direction.

It's a fresh start for many, something we like to offer - second chances. No ones perfect and we can all do better and learn. It's a learning environment, a happy environment and at the end of the day, we really just want to play games and have fun. People who aren't contributing to that kind of environment, some we can change. Some will be shown the door. No community is perfect but, we've never wanted to see people feel unwelcomed.

The good shall enjoy their time and prosper. Those who do not want to be a part of the fun, will probably quickly make an exit. Leadership here are awesome for fostering a good healthy environment and making sure everyone is feeling good around here. If you aren't or you see something bothering you, it can be taken care of VERY quickly.

I think as a whole, seeing the community get to continue into a new age is good - seeing communities die off slowly or just simply close their doors one day is never fun, especially with some of the great crew we have at pG.

Feel free to shoot me an add on Steam or ask me any questions. We're heading into some real good times I think.

Who are you?

Jailbreak always had the most easily irritated people on it, so seeing a divide like this over there, is to be expected sadly. Sad to see you had this experience. Currently I feel very welcomed by all the people I have been talking to, I hope it will simmer down on JB aswell for you!

I have so far really felt welcomed, it makes me depressed kinda to see everything I’ve known for a year + change so quick. I am very accepting of the change over all. I’m able to still surf on the server I love and see the same people, and make friends. I don’t really feel like a hand down to EGO, I do feel actually apart of the community. Not once has anyone from EGO said anything regarding me coming from pG not feel welcomed. I’m excited to see the future of this when it’s all finalized.

Theres definitely some major changes and differences that need to be ironed out and worked on between PG and eGO, especailly CS. our jailbreaks and TTT vary differently on our approach to how they should be played and admined. That being said, i have full faith in both pG leadership coming over as well as eGO leadership to find a solid middle ground that everyone will enjoy. So far, i have seen some pG stick together in other rooms while the eGOs stay in another, which really upsets me. we should be coming together and having fun, and not being so divisive. So far, everyone i have met or talked to from pG have been exceptional people, just gotta take the step, introduce yourself, and make each other feel welcome, rather than having this divide between us.
