Say I get to lr as a t, explain the rules to the ct IN FRENCH. If they dont understand and they dont do it, is it delay? I dont think i saw a rule that said you must speak english, so I thought I may as well bring it up here.

Our servers are held in English. We allow other languages, however, if they affect gameplay or are getting overwhelming, then they will be stopped. So, as far as I know, the CTs would not be in trouble for not understanding.

Playing on a server based in Chicago, ran by a clan started and based in the US, and filled by primarily English speakers. Gonna have to let you know that many are only English speakers.

Want to speak French then play on one of the many French Jailbreak servers located and ran by clans from France or from Qu?b?cois in Canada.
