Be reasonable and issue warnings to prisoners when not in imminent danger.

Might clean up some of these problems.

*Clap Clap* I stopped playing jailbreak a long time ago for this reason. CT's are way to kill hungry. I mean one little twitch and bullets go flying (Even though it is against the rules)
