In matchmaking, I've been having inconsistencies with my performance. Some games, I do really good, but only with an AWP, or I do good but only with an AK47 or an M4, or I just can't figure out what works with me and I do horrible, which is the worst scenario. This might be because I don't have a lot of time devoted to practice. I do spend at least 30 minutes doing warm up practice on aim maps and in deathmatch.
During the actual games, my role in the team varies because of these inconsistencies, though I usually take the role of team leader. I try my hardest to compensate for these inconsistencies. For example, if I am having a bad game and I am getting few frags, I try to give my team strategic advice based on what I can analyze from the other team. During the games I do extremely well, it's usually because I am better than my team in terms of skill, but I try to help them with advice that I've received from other so that they can improve.
Anyway, does anybody have an thoughts, opinions, or questions?
