Yeah I never saw a point in it, but that’s just me personally. I’ve had Steam for 10+ years and I’m level 10 or something.

Steam lvl 51 spent about $25 for that then I spend very little on backgrounds and I haven’t made any bios or anything that takes any sort of time.

That's not on your steam profile that's probably more of CS:GO skins and other games skins. If you spend like 200 euro on your steam PF it would be like level 80+

Well you level up your steam account with badges. So if you haven't spent any money on that then you haven't leveled your steam account at all.
