Overhaul the Rebeller Plugin

The base plugin as it stands right now only marks you red for about 30 seconds when you deal damage to a CT. It's non-negotiable, you have to evade CT's for 30 seconds to wait for that timeout.

As you can see, mixing in the term "actively rebelling" gets to be troublesome. Anyone can stop rebelling within that small time frame. Here are a couple of suggestions I have to help improve this:

1. Consider T's who wandered from the stack ac rebellers: I'm not exactly sure if this is possible on the tech side of things but it would be nice to see T's as active rebellers when they wander away from stack. It's not really important, but it'd be cool to see.

2. Actively rebelling T's who get into stack should have their timer reduced to 15 seconds: This puts good pressure on the CT's who want to pursue rebellers by forcing them to unstack quickly or altogether, just move on and maybe offer Gun ST/Bomb ST.

3. Make a !pardon command with targets: For those who don't know, some commands have the option of targeting multiple groups with one single command. For example, the ST command has AIM (/st AIM) which gives whoever you're looking at ST. Pardoning should be the same way. Instead of saying "you're pardoned to come back to stack" which introduces a scared CT who might freekill the pardoned T.

/pardon <name> or /pardon REBEL or /pardon (as a menu option) should work fine for that.

1.)This would be really hard to implement if not impossible.

2.)Same thing, really hard/impossible because we first need to define what a stack is on the code side of things.

3.)With this one I'm not sure if you mean that the reds could get back to normal with the /pardon command(if so warden could also say all reds are pardoned/if you are not actively rebelling you are pardoned) or you can just pardon anyone who is rebelling.(e.g. a person who ran away from stack and hid somewhere)If you mean the other option that would be hard/impossible to add because we would need to define what a REBEL is,again,on the code side of things. And that would be really hard to do

*Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about the tech side of things but all things considered its -1 from me.

I like the third, a pardoning command would be really cool! But the one thing I want to see is the red around your screen when you are rebelling, that would be epic.

Agreed on the red around your screen while rebelilng.

Yeah, I like the pardon command and the redness indicator part of this a lot.

This will just create cancer, ct's will find the names of does reds and kos them. Being red for leaving stack will just be soo toxic.

This won't change anything, as I said ct's will find the names and kos them. Pure cancer and toxicity.

Do they get like highlighted a certain colour or what? Because otherwise it's pointless. If a CT freekills someone for comming back he should get swapped. We don't need a command to help ct's who are careless and don't listen to warden at all.

I like the third, a pardoning command would be really cool! But the one thing I want to see is the red around your screen when you are rebelling, that would be epic.

If this is going to be added please add a command to disable this. I think this can get annoying at times.
