The base plugin as it stands right now only marks you red for about 30 seconds when you deal damage to a CT. It's non-negotiable, you have to evade CT's for 30 seconds to wait for that timeout.
As you can see, mixing in the term "actively rebelling" gets to be troublesome. Anyone can stop rebelling within that small time frame. Here are a couple of suggestions I have to help improve this:
1. Consider T's who wandered from the stack ac rebellers: I'm not exactly sure if this is possible on the tech side of things but it would be nice to see T's as active rebellers when they wander away from stack. It's not really important, but it'd be cool to see.
2. Actively rebelling T's who get into stack should have their timer reduced to 15 seconds: This puts good pressure on the CT's who want to pursue rebellers by forcing them to unstack quickly or altogether, just move on and maybe offer Gun ST/Bomb ST.
3. Make a !pardon command with targets: For those who don't know, some commands have the option of targeting multiple groups with one single command. For example, the ST command has AIM (/st AIM) which gives whoever you're looking at ST. Pardoning should be the same way. Instead of saying "you're pardoned to come back to stack" which introduces a scared CT who might freekill the pardoned T.
/pardon <name> or /pardon REBEL or /pardon (as a menu option) should work fine for that.
