I had taken a 4 or 3 day break from csgo and I come back to being vac banned. I have never signed into a website using steam execept csmoney. I am trying over and over to see if I can contact anyone about this. This is just insane to me. I don't know where to go from here. Believe me when I say I did not cheat and I never have.

that sucks. sometimes, it happens. i'm not sure if you are able to contest a VAC ban.

idk about you, but i've been protected by Steam Guard since 2013 and I've never had any issues. even if someone got my password, they'd have to have access to my email as well to log into my Steam account.

make a new account and make sure to utilize Steam Guard if you aren't able to get unbanned.

Bronson_ Just so you know, even if you try to contact Valve about it, they NEVER remove VAC bans. They have a page about it in their FAQ and even if you didn't do it, they then just blame you on not securing your account.

You'll want to start a new account at that point. Let us know if you need your Steam ID in MAUL changed in a Contact Leadership post and we will help you out.

Generally that's going to be when the VAC was issued in error, ala modern warfare 2.
