I love the idea of bringing back poison gun into TTT. But one huge issue with it is that there are innocents who purposely try to run into a group of innocents/detectives to give them radiation damage. I have not seen any action taken against this and I feel like this is server disruption. Is there any rules against this?

That would be server disruption, I would recommend reporting the innocent if they do it. Worst case they don't know and get warned.

Thank you for the reply! Would it be kosable if they do that? Also what if they continue doing so after warn/kick?

I would recommend just getting away from them instead of KOSing them as that would cause more issues, and I'm fairly sure if they get warned/kicked and continue the next step should be a ban.

Indeed what Buster is saying is real, at difference from buster i say it should be kosable UNLESS in the logs it doesn't show who infected who, as the weapon is new and been a time we can ask other admins what they think and ask also Custom or Larry, to ask them to change things to be able to kill those who are doing intentional.

But pretty much running into a stack is consider Server disruption and probably Intentional RDM, so just report to admins

This weapon is NOT new, as such we've felt 2ith this before, it is a combo of server disruption and if the player admits it was on purpose its intentional RDM.
The key here is determining intent on a case by case.

Now as for KOSable, a player has the right to defend themselves if they are being damaged by a player without it bring RDM. I forget if logs log who infects who, but if not they should, as the player isn't wrong for killing them and defending themselves. They do have to know who did it though, and from an admin perspective that is the only way we can read these circumstances most times.

I hope this clarifies things. Key being is using your own discretion.
