His hitbox is different on your screen than what it actually is, so he can be seen on your screen around a corner maybe and you cant hit him

The hit boxes on that CT skin are horrific. The poofy hat isn't a hit box and he probably was looking straight down at the bomb. Mind blowing that Valve hasn't fixed that model yet.
