Can ct deny the last request form t's

So today I was playing the jailbreak. normally I will play rocket gun toss at the end. There are some Ct's refuses to do that. and kill me. Can I consider they violence the two rules. The first is delaying. The second one free kill.

So to answer both of your questions

According to the jailbreak rules,

• Guards may decline custom LR's or unreasonable LR locations.

so yes, CT's are allowed to deny your custom request if the location is not a good one, or just don't want to do a custom LR in general. In terms of the second part:

and kill me.

CT's shouldn't be killing you during LR unless you are actively rebelling (typing !rebel as the last T or just rebelling in general) or not LR'ing by when the warden says you should.
If a CT kills you for no reason, then there would be a problem that should be reported in-game.

If you chose to gun toss a CT for your LR and then ask to do rocket toss as a custom, they can decline to do it, but they should not kill you unless you actively rebel.
