Change in game name

Can someone help me change my in game name? It’s coming up as N00bSaibot in game but this is an old gamer tag and would like to change it back to the one I’ve been using recently. Ever since I got accepted to Edgegamers it changed my in game name. And I would like to change it back. Thanks.

J J-Bone Hey there. It seems that when you made this account on the forums if you attached your STEAM ID to Maul it will change your Steam Username to this Forum Username every time you join our eGO Servers so you can either make a name change request or ask for your STEAM ID to be removed off of Maul so your Username will not be changed. Just be sure to equip the right prefix with what you want to go with. (ie. Name change or Maul in this situation)

Hey J J-Bone What Cinnamon Toast said is right, but you don't necessary have to make a CL to change your name, you can do by changing in Account Details here: https://www.edgegamers.com/account/account-details (or click your name in the top right corner then "Account details"), Now if that doesn't work then you must create a CL to change name

SHIFT + ESC in game, click near your name, does that not work? Don't even need to be in-game, just click on your name on the friends list.

eGO server will automatically make your name your forum name and give you your correct tag
