Counter-Strike Delivered !Reskin

I think we should make !reskin only available to use after a certain amount of time on Jailbreak. The reason is when people gun plant they always just reskin the gun and its hard to find out who actually gun planted. Let me know your thoughts!

I'm sure people can survive playing the game for 1 minute with someone else's skin if the purpose is to help server disruption

Again, there are a few things I would like to see in some "additional logs" on TTT. It would be nice if you could pull up more in-depth logs on command (but keep the logs as they currently are).

Honestly, how many people use !reskin besides on moti? I don't really see people use !reskin when they pick up a gun as they are usually busy rebelling.

I don't think it would clog logs up that much honestly. Also, !reskin has a cooldown. I'm unsure of the cooldown time, but it's not able to be spammed.

Good idea but Logs are so bugged sometimes it just doesn't show all it should show correctly, may wanna fix that first

-1 this is unnecessary and would have 0 impact. Reskin or not if u didn’t see the gun plant or get a video after the fact you can’t do shit about it.

Besides, the name on a gun isnt evidence of a gun plant. CTs can very easily have picked up someone else’s gun in armory/throughout the round.

If you really want to impede gun planting then set a log on shooting guns (happens a lot into stacks), that’s how people are getting away with gun plants.

This is another viable option, it won’t clog logs anymore than anything else does, and it could help in the admiring process more than delaying the command because you could still miss it.

This is a fantastic idea, and I don't think it would be too devastating to the logs since the command is only limited to DS in the first place. This would not only tell you who the gun belonged too, but also give hints for players that cheat by teaming/ghosting in separate chats, because at least in my own opinion, cheaters are the main ones who would abuse the !reskin command like this. This would definitely be a blow to one of the tactics for cheating in JB.

I disagree. It would definitely have an impact and is definitely necessary because it has even been bragged about on the forums that !reskin is being used as a way to cheat and gun plant your friends and get away with the consequences to that. If you knew your name would be logged every time you reskin a gun, wouldn't that make you think twice about trying to use that command as a way to cheat? Even if a CT grabbed someone else's gun from armory, the tactic is being used by people who consistently come and break rules just to break rules. I don't know of many people who would go through the trouble of making multiple alt accounts and putting DS on all of them, so it would be a good way to compile evidence against what I would personally refer to as the "regular abusers". I definitely don't like cheaters, but in order to ban them admins need solid evidence, and some adjustments to the !reskin command can definitely help achieve that. The image below is just an example to help solidify my point.
