I believe Steam should take a more pro-active role in dealing with these people.

They have really.. there's the "Never tell your password to anyone" at the top of each chat box, and if you send someone a URL a box pops up telling you not to give your info out, etc.

Yes, they copied the official Steam website.. then when you enter the info, they can see what you entered, thus accounts are stolen if legit information is entered.
