What's with the wierd random objects (tanks, benches ect.) moving aound the map after a game? I rhink I was told it was a mod but it's confusing... what are they??

I think they are tanks and benches and etc. Pretty sure its just a fun way to give the losing team a way to hide from the winning team instead of getting slaughtered flat out.
