I live on the very tip about a hour away from South Prade Island. The last one that hit us wasn't that bad at landfall Cat. 2 but inland Cat 1. I remember high winds, branches falling, even some of our trees were uprooted! Now this storm has the potential to increase in strength and it is going to move one of two ways. If the high pressure stays it will vere south towards my neck of the woods. If that pressure is not present it will vere north towards E and NE Texas. So for all of those who live in my area, San Antonio,Houston, Corpus Christi keep track of this and be safe.
