internal drive error?

this pops up every time I run CSS, or any other source game for the first time in a day, I dont get this if I restart comp. Also what happens with one other game I have (project torque) the game allways crashes the first time same with trackmania

Oddly enough, if you have a P2P client running, you might get that error. Also, sometimes MSN messenger can cause it. Lastly, make sure you have fully updated drivers for your video card.
