HA IT WORKED. Now please continue reading it.
So by now I'm sure most of you know I'm back, and if you don't i understand as I'm not the most important person you'll ever meet. But know that I've settled into the clan again and i've started to meet and hang out with some of the new members (and old ones). I wanted to talk about a few things that i wanted to do before i left, and a few new ideas that i would like to bring up.
Before i start i want to say that I'm no one special, and with that you have no reason to listen to my ideas or opinions. I just have a few prospective things that i would like to bring to the table. If you don't like them, than tell me so I'll stop talking about them. If you do, than steal them and put them to use, lol.
So some existing members might remember a video that i had started planning. An Edge Gamers Recruitment Video was what i called it. At the time it was given the okay by the Council. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons i was never able to round up a crew and hop into a server. Now i know Mr. Dogma tried to revive something similar after i left. But after talking to him he is interested in trying to get it together one last time. I have a 3 episode script that is humorous, clean, and informative. Plus there is lots of heroism. I think RomanticDeath might have a hero role in it, something about leading 12 =(e)='s to a fantastic victory on Dustbowl.
Last March i announced that i would like to broadcast one of my concerts live over vent. Well that fell apart pretty quick, lets just say that my personal life really took a toll on me. I may be having a large recital in early April (end of school year) at the Uvic Recital Hall which has access to the Uvic Servers. Which means fastest bloody connection possible. So that may be a possibility, i figure just change up the music channel a little bit so that people can come in and listen for a bit as the concerts being performed.
Im am still willing to do a fund raising idea for Edge Gamers. Now that I've tracked down a couple members in Victoria, BC it would seem that now would be a good time to get together and make some money for the clan. Xioyn and Kohsrowshah have gotten in contact with me and i would like to propose an idea that i have done with other groups. Armed with a video camera and mic i would like to hit-up the streets of downtown Victoria and sing to the random public. For every monetary donation an Edge Gamers member would be able to pick a song for me to sing to a random Girl (or Guy) on the sidewalk. Also, depending on how much a member donates they can designate the place, time, situation, whatever they want (as long as it stays clean). Ive done this in the past and a couple times i have raised over 500 dollars in one go-around.
I figure that's enough ideas to slam around the drawing board. I have a long list that i keep adding to, so if you want some more don't be afraid to pm me. If you made it this far into my post, i wanna thank you for your patience.
