Dr. Evil had this issue and he found the fix - tell him thanks. Either put these commands into your autoexec.cfg file or type them each in separately into the console when you join a game. These commands have been proven to fix the scout crashing issue...

I agree. When I die, I free roam to check on any AFK of either teams and move to spec if need be. I roam around to look for offensive sprays, remove them and warn the player if needed, or look for players who are not following the objective (this could be T's camping spawn past 1:30 or CT's...

Leadership enabled this one... Now if an admin wants to spec an opposing player, or roam free camera to find AFK's in spawn (while you're dead), or a naughty spray someone used, we can only change our viewing ability by leaving our team and going to spectate.
