not sure how i feel about a ping just because if theres a channel it already gets the little dot next to it in discord when theres something new and thats usually enough for me to check it for stuff like change logs. Could let people opt-in to it with a role tho for those who would want a ping

I always think change logs are a great idea, it helps keep people updated on whats going on without having to go search for it/hear about it from someone else :D

Guides would be awesome as ive been getting back into mapping, music and images are really simple for removing/changing though so im curious what all it'd contain. Either way a set of good guidelines is always nice so you can actively check for things that could be problematic.
