Dammit i always forget something. Windows 7 32bit at the moment. I have downloaded latest drivers for sound card.

Evening ladies and gents, Basically when i had vent open earlier and went on DoD:S and CS:S also BF2 come to think of it, There was zero sound. I could hear vent but not the games. :'( Any idea's? Cheers Fletch

Howdy, So its more a case of steam games than steam its self. Go to play DoD:S CS:S or Alien swarm and they come up with the box preparing to launch. Then it either does nothing or it loads and shuts off. Maybe once out of every 30 tries i might get to play a game. Tried everything to fix...

As it stands atm i am going to buying a PC off ebay that has a 1gb gts250 in it. I will be getting it at a bargain price. So the idea is to rip it apart and trade it all in except the case. Trade my current ram in and get a 5770 1gb card and 2x2gb sticks of ram. Also getting a copy of Win7...

Just found a 5770 HD 1GB on ebay at a fairly resonable price BNIB so will put a bid in for that i think.

Yes ofcourse. My bad. Around 150 USD. Money isnt available by the bucketload at the moment. Like i said not looking for a card that will make me a cuppa just run BC2 and hopefully Black Ops. Thanks Fletch

recommend me a good GFX card. Basically i just need an overall good gfx card that will be suitable for BFBC2 and Black ops when it comes out. Not really clued up on PC hardware. Been looking at ATI radeon 5450 1GB PCI-E card. Any good? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks Fletch
