Ditch the highway cams, and mark the speed cameras on the map, but smaller than the usual icons. Make fines reasonable, for instance in the city where the speed limit is 40, if you go 50, you get a 150$ ticket. 51? 162$. Incrementally increase it until you hit a good number than make the jump...

I personally think it has to do with the overall balance of vehicles right now. Nothing really drives "realistic" when it comes to the custom cars, other than a few. Some are dumb fast and can turn on a dime, then some 3x the cost will be half the performance. I think the cars should be tweaked...

KrayToast I really like this idea, but how about we change up the loading screen? If you throw up all the rules and you have to look at them while you are loading in there really is NO excuse to not know them.
