Hello, I was wondering if anyone has had the problem I am having now. I just set up an LCD as my monitor and for some reason my computer's sound has been changed. When I play DoD some sounds like footsteps are at the normal level while others like the gunshot are barely heard even at the highest...

I have an ATI x1600 myself which is older then that and I had no problems running L4D but then again it was only the demo :P

Actually my tv can be used as a monitor i just bought a cord that would let me do that because its has hdmi and my current card has an hdmi slot so i'm using my new lcd right now its really nice and DoD looks so much better. I can actually see things I couldn't see before like people's heads in...

I need something that will support HD and non-HD because I'm not sure if I will be getting the LCD. I might have to give it up for a vacuum instead lol.
