I need help with a skin problem.

So I am trying to make a insurgency skin (the m14 sniper) and I can't find a tutorial on how to make a insurgency skin so I used a ccs tutorial and was able to do about everything so I got the skin done and converted it and made the files in the insurgency folder. you know the weapons, v_models and right now I am only makeing a v_m14 not the w_m14 anyway in the end of the tutorial there is three files I need to put in the weapons folder(in this case the m_14 folder) but I could only get 2 I couldn't find the reference file...
please help!

oh and I know that I wont be able to use it in our servers I just wanted to make them so when I not playing in our servers
