That was a big problem when I used to play INS. Though it wasn't just the e's.

This mainly applies to the Insurgency Division but most of those rules apply to all divisions anyway. Spawn camping in TF2 is something that we allow.

A general guide that applies to all divisions regarding 'e's can be found here.

also, if you go into a server even if there isn't a problem find an eG or an eGO in game thats in game and see if there is another admin in the server he/she is in. i find it safer to have at least one admin in a server just incase a problem does arise
