I have been told that there is a jail rule that more than 75% of the total population of ts cannot be killed during any one game, if that is a rule can someone please add it to the jail rules, or and administrator (such as rogue sniper) make a post in the announcements to clarify, thanks. Also if that is a rule then i strongly suggest the removal of fail_jail, since the race and maze both usually kill more than 75%.
