Ran across a problem in my jail map, I'm not sure how to put music in. If anyone could post how that would be great.

.mp3s go into the sound folder in css / cstrike /

Then load up hammer

the search for them, bit rate must be lower than 512

You can also tie a button entity and make the function to play the music.

Bit rate must be lower than 512

I didn't even know they went that high!

I think they also have to be under 11050 sample rate or something like that. I might be wrong though. I will make a video to show you in a bit, if you need it.

I couldn't get my mp3's to play so I converted them to wav's and their size multiplied by 10 (but they play).

And rogue, I think only wav's come even close to 512kbps, my 32kbps mp3's won't play at all. Maybe it has to be over 128kbps? Iunno, I don't feel like figuring it out right now

And pickles, sample rate speeds up or slows down the sound. That's how you get really really fast/slow versions of songs

You might be able to use the 'filter' box to search, but if not, you just have to type the path of the .mp3 or .wav

A Very, Very Stupid Problem

Hammer is glitching up because whenever I try to add the music in it adds another sound file at the end and plays that instead. I can't fix it and it's in the css/cstrike/sound folder and I was wondering if anyone knew what to do? Even typing in the full address of it doesn't play it and it's like they don't exist.
