I am using Comodo Internet Security. It is free and it protects from everything. It even is a firewall. www.comodo.com is the address.
They have a paid version but the free version has everything a home user needs. It does get annoying at times but the protection can be adjusted so you don't get as many warnings.
I used to use Avast which I also recommend.
