I voted for both. FBG is an enjoyable CS:S metagame (ranks medals plinks ahoy) that provides me with something to accomplish while I play. Also, I enjoy the reputation feature, when someone owns me or conducts themselves in a manner congruent with the values of eGO I want to let them know it is appreciated it with an !up.
I feel HLX is more widely used and for statistics (the math kind) junkies like myself it is important that numbers for comparison and meaningful analysis come from a single method of collection.

I follow both all the time, I like knowing where I stand among others who play in our servers, and I like fbg because it's a little better at following your individual stats. Plus the rep system is good to let people know you respect what they did, or not respect what they did...
