Size question

If this is in the wrong place, move it please, as I am unaware as to the proper location

As you can all see, my sig is quite small. Whats odd is that before I upload it onto eGO, it is 425x135

after its uploaded, however, eGO displays it as 315x100

Why is this?

EDIT: I tried with other images and those get shrunk down as well

Its because you are uploading it instead of using the "embed image" options. Follow this:

1. Upload a pic to an outside hosting site like: www.imageshack.us
   
   
   
2. Click Browse:
   
   
   
3. Select Picture and click "Start Upload"
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Copy "Direct Link to Image" URL
   
   
   
   
   
5. Go back to EdgeGamers.org and click:
   
   
   
   
6. 
   Edit Signature
   
   
   
7. Click on this icon:
   
   
   
   
   
8. And paste the URL for the image you uploaded then just click "OK" and "Save Signature"

Done.

Actually, I have tried uploading both from my computer and from photobucket, as well as another site that displays it as a sig. All have the image @ 425x135.

All 3 make it become 135x100 after ending up on eGO forums

I just tried using imageshack, and the resolution bar showed 425x135. However, it still comes onto eGO as 315x100

Do you have resize image checked?
