Hey, I would like to help out too! I have some experience in technical support. I used to help people alot in the Technical Support forum of BOTS!. I also fixed a friend of my mom's computer and she paid me 20 dollars. I basically just made it faster and removed any viruses xD.

Hi all,
I honestly have to say, Shadow's technical support is excellent. He helped me and even though we couldn't solve the situation, but we came to the conclusion that my microphone is completely fried. I'd like to thank Shadow for all his help and I'd recommend anyone to him. He is very helpful, patient and willing to do anything he can.
