I am currently looking to buy OF : DR but I wanted to know if it is worth the money. Some say its awesome, others absolutely hate it. If someone could help me on this it would be appriciated.

hey next time look for double posts theres a thread on this already and yes its worth it...im owner of the Operation Flashpoint Group for eGO on steam and we occasionally get a big game going...so yes its worth it in my opinion as our numbers are growing in the group almost every day

explain the gameplay im thinking about it but i dont want it if its going to be like battlefield. I was shy to get the first Operation Flashpoint for that very reason.

well its totally different from the first operation flashpoint...a little more like...a realistic battlefield in a way...with everything realistic to the smallest detail. plumes of dirt getting kicked up by bullets...etc etc. i guess if you will...a more refined and better mix between ARMA 2 and Battlefield

I love this game, I like how real it is, the only think I don't like is the spawning after you die sometimes it puts you all the way at the back of the map.
