Valve Maps?

Recently I've been concerned with the population of Valve maps across the course of a day. I've been home every hour of this week, and I don't think valve maps has even been partially full once. Now you might be asking yourself why I'm not trying to help fill the server. This is because I'm usually helping fill another server. Valve Maps used to be full 24/7, now its just lost its glory.

If this problem persists, I think that we should try some other kind of rotation, or maybe even a new 24/7 map like Warpath.

Well for the fun server to make it fun, I think we should have the mario kart map from the video that tomnovint made if you have seen it. I think this will make it more popular because all these custom maps coming out are just ruining the server with 24/7 valve maps unfortunately.

It's the only server with great maps like Steel, it has Granary, which is actually nice to play on once in a while, and Well.

Furthermore, I often see players on it, so I hop on, let's keep it.

There used to be 2 Valve maps servers, one of them disappeared and hardly anybody plays on the FiOS one.

I used to love valve maps I was on it 24/7, then they went and turned it into a falcon server and they killed it for me. We have no control over it any more and they do what ever they want to the server now. Last time I was on it they had all talk on it and when you die you can see you enemies which ruins any spy game. Before that they changed the map for no reason to an arena map with zero gravity and I had just filled the map which cleared in a matter of seconds. That server is dead to me now.

I'm with Frisky on this one. Valve Maps was our home.. I was playing on it, and the server was filling up, and then it suddenly restarted and had a password on it. Honestly, that kind of stuff is unacceptable. It's killing that server.

Yeah. After one bad experience I never went on that server again. Just helped fill a server. Great game going. All of a sudden I was kicked without a warning. I log back on the map has changed everyone is gone. I ask on the mic, "Hey what's going on?" They then realize I am still there. Kick me. Then put on a password. All without acknowledging me once or explaining anything. Last time I will ever play there.

Stuff like that is pretty much why I'm rarely on that server anymore. It's sort of sad since I used to be a regular there. It's even sadder to consider it was once our highest ranked server before it was turned into Novint's fun server.

The Falcon is the controller, Novint is the company that made it.
