A few concerns

i think more leadership need to enforce this new rule, i see a lot of people with <3 in their name still
 
Remember everyone, you can tell your fellow members who havent seen this post, that the little so cute <3 tags gotta go.

Also, I think this is just a scheme by Cryptex so he can get the <3 to only himself.

Zela
Zela <3belle<3
Zela THE PACIFIST!!!!!
Zela THE KILLER!!!!!

and only thoes, i have <3belle<3 and that is my girl friend, i dont see why i cant have that after my name. i mean for real? your going to say i cant add something to my name? really?!?!?! what confusion does it make? how in anyway does that effect anything? if it is disrespectful then i undersatnd, but pubs come on all the time with celeb names and all sorts of things, but eGO members cant? i mean if eGO members have their forum name in their in game name then that should be fine. if they dont then i see a problem yes. but otherwise no.

Number 1 when applying to join

1.) In-game name: (Note: Your in-game and forum name must be the same)

Adding all of <3 tags or Zela the killer kind of takes away from the whole in game and forum MUST be the same.



Even before all of the recruiting forums got merged there was a special thread saying the exact same thing.

Now what i dont get is what happens when you want to change your name? i mean its a game, shouldent you be allowed to change it freely aka adding something at the end? i mean with the <3 thing ok. i can take thoes out. but would i still be allowed to have something after "Zela"?
 
Some people are taking this a wrong way or getting confused a bit. Ill try to answer a few questions.

  • If you are in another clan that requires you to wear a tag, go ahead. (EX: Noobsalad " =(e)=? Legend |ѝЅ|)
  • We need to let go of the pointless tags on the end of our names because they are becoming an issue
  • If you want to include a tag saying [MUSIC] or [NO SOUND] that would be fine
  • If you registered with the forum name "Legend" as an example, you shouldn't be changing your name to "Legend Killer" or "Legend dah best". Your forum name needs to match your in game name.
  • The reason this whole thing started was because we want you guys to keep your names as close as possible to your forum name. When you start adding thousands of things on the end of your name, it gets out of control.
 
ok, thank you for that. so i need to just keep it as Zela, and if i want it to change then i need to put in a request. Thank you again for that clarification.
